1 French Baguette Loaf 6 Fresh Roma Tomatoes, pitted and chopped 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic 1/2 Cup chopped fresh Basil 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 1/4 red onion finely chopped
Slice bread and brush with olive oil on both sides. Mix together all other ingredients and chill. You might have to drain the extra juices. Toast bread under broiler, watch carfully and when it becomes golden light brown remove from oven. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of tomato mixture on each slice of toasted bread and serve as an appetizer or with your meal.
